A wizard
The closer Milo got to the bar, the stronger the sweet smell became. Once he was directly behind Evie he realised it must be the smell of cakes coming from the kitchen. It smelled heavenly, and his stomach gave another low rumble.
As she turned around, the prince couldn’t help but notice her bare arms and how her soaked dress clung to her body which made her curves painfully obvious. He swallowed hard and forced his eyes up to her face. He could barely recall what she had just said but cleared his throat and nodded.
“Thank you” he managed to say horsely, feeling awkward for the fact she had paid his way. Truthfully, he had no more money on his person. He had given it all to Miss Mary as they walked around the orphanage. She had been surprised at his fortune to be sure, and it must have made her suspicious as to how he could be such a wealthy lord without anyone ever having heard of him before. Then again, perhaps his generosity had bought him her silence in this matter.
“Ehm, I will pay you back, of course. Handsomely” He promised, a guilty look on his face as he tried his best not to look at her body rather than in her eyes. A look at his guard revealed that he had the same issue, only he did not have the self respect to look away.
“In this, I shall obey” Milo promised, an amused look on his face. A warm breath sounded amazing right about now. “But” he then added, the grin growing slightly. “Only if you promise to join me for dinner in my room” At the hesitant look on the lady’s face Milo placed a hand on her arm which was cold to the touch.
“Don’t worry, we have Dominic here so we will not be alone. I realise that would be quite inappropriate” He smiled kindly.

His answer surprised Andy. She couldn’t really see how this would in any way have effected the king?
“Failed him?” She questioned before the servant continued. The idea of the king being heartbroken made her want to laugh, but she only smiled slightly and nodded. She doubted that he cared enough about her to be heartbroken, not yet at least. She had allowed him to fall in love with her, of course, but she had not allowed him to believe in their future together, not just yet. She had only just started planting seeds by speaking of how much she adored children, and how she could not wait to have her own. She would dream out loud about them to the king, speaking of how she hoped they would have his wit and his eyes, and her own beauty. The king would smile and agree that would be lovely. But Andy had not yet promised him all that she could do, that she would give him an heir…
“Well, evidently, you are a wizard” She smiled, amused. It was a dangerous accusation, and she could see the shift in the servants face as she said it. “You obviously predicted I would get hurt and decided it would be best to come to my rescue” She mused on, making it clear it had simply been a joke.
