So beautiful

Her words would have been enough to make any man melt under her gentle touch, and Milo was no exception. In that moment, he realised he would have done absolutely anything for her, in order to fully possess the woman in his arms. Before then she had been a sweet little plaything. Now, she was a woman in all her own rights.

Milo nodded, a content smirk on his face. He knew what was going to happen now, it had happened before. Yet, there was something very different about this scenario than he’d experienced before. There was something more exciting, more passionate, more beautiful about this. Something he had never felt before, with any woman.

As their kisses melted into one long kiss, his hands searched and moved over her skin, desperate and passionate, til they had touched almost every part of her. Almost.

“You are so beautiful” He breathed gently as he began kissing her jawline and down her neck instead. A faint voice reminded him that she was a maiden, that he should go slow. It was the opposite of what he wanted to do, but he forced himself to control the wild fire burning in his belly as he guided his fingers down her body, until they slipped inside, his other hand steadying her lower back. He moved gently and carefully, searching for any sign of pain in her eyes, but there was none. Not yet, at least.

It seemed that the man had already made his mind up about this. The king would punish him for this and he would simply take it. It did not seem as though he was planning on fighting back. Then again, what could a servant do, once a king had decided?

“I’ll be sorry to see you go. After all, you did save me today” She said quietly. What else could she say, really? It was not her place to speculate into this or to wonder why he would not fight. Frankly, it was a bit pathetic of him. He was close enough to the king that Andy would have thought he’d at least be able to plead for mercy. But it did not seem as though the man in front of her had it in him to do so.

Whether or not the king would blame Andy, she wasn’t sure. If he did think it her fault, she was doomed. He would turn from her and to some other harlot of the court in her stead. She hadn’t had enough time, she realised. He liked her but he did not love her, not yet. If he was made to fight for her, would he? That was the real question. Had she given him enough? Had it been enough to secure her place by his side? If it wasn’t, all that she had built up would come crumbling down.
