Excellent
The procession moved freely throughout the surrounding woodlands until it was nearly noon and the king decided it had become time for a lunch. The servants quickly spread out a lovely picknick on the ground for them and the king and Andy sat on one of the wide blankets that had been spread across the ground, and Evie and the prince sat on one closer to the nearby stream. Their riding clothes were muddy and dirty after riding so hard the whole day, but everyone seemed pleased with the hunt. The king had managed to shoot two deers and three foxes already, and the prince had managed two foxes and one deer himself as well. It was impressive, even as they had had much help of course.
"The prince is an excellent hunter and rider" Spoke the king proudly as he bit into an apple. Andy smiled gently and nodded.
"Indeed. Although I dare say he has some way to go if he wants to be as good as you" She teased and the king smiled at this. He loved compliments, and being the king, he luckily received many of them.
"Yes well..." The king chuckled as Andy took off her hat to let the warm sun shine onto her face. As she did so, the king reached out to wipe away a speck of mud on her cheek.
"My goodness, I will certainly need yet another bath when I get home" She giggled and allowed her cheeks to blush slightly.
"So, my lady." Spoke the prince when they had sat down on the blanket. "What do you think of the hunt so far?" He smiled pleasantly, but in reality he had the strangest feeling that Evie was unhappy about something. What, he could not know. It was usually seen as a great honor to be invited to join a hunt with the king and his family. Yet, she somehow seemed far away...

Lexi caught herself feeling surprised by his response. She had no idea what had possesed her to speak so openly, nor why she was suprised at his response. It was exactly what a man of the court should be saying... Exactly what was expected. And yet, it was not what Lexi had expected or wanted to hear at all. Her smile faltered for just a second before she nodded in agreement.
"You are right, of course." She was beginning to realize her mistake. If the lord wanted to hurt her, he easily could by telling his father of her treaturous dreaming. She could only hope he did not wish to do so.
"Now, my lord." she coninued, somewhat uncomfortable in his presence now. "I shall leave you alone once more" She smiled and turned to him, reaching out her hand for him to kiss so that she might take her leave of him. "Enjoy the day. I believe it shall be beautiful" With that, she turned around to her maids who only then realized what was happening and quickly parted for the queen to proceed them back up towards the castle.
